Pan-India delivery for InBody devices, accessories, and consumables

InBody India Pvt. Ltd. ships to all serviceable PIN codes across India from our Mumbai facility. This policy covers delivery timelines, charges, installation, and what to do on receipt of your order.

1. Serviceable Areas

We deliver to over 25,000 serviceable PIN codes across India through our logistics partners. If your PIN code is non-serviceable for door delivery, we will reach out with alternate arrangements (nearest branch pickup, freight forwarder hand-off, or our own logistics team for high-value medical equipment).

Timelines start from order confirmation and full payment realisation. Bank transfers may add 1–2 working days. Public holidays, courier partner delays, and logistical disruptions can extend timelines and are outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping on all home-use devices, BP monitors, and accessories within India.
  • Professional analyzers include doorstep delivery, on-site installation, and basic operator training as part of the device price — no additional shipping or installation charge for serviceable PIN codes.
  • Express / pre-scheduled delivery on request: charges quoted case-by-case.

4. Installation, Calibration & Training

Professional InBody analyzers are installed and calibrated on-site by our trained service engineers. Installation includes initial calibration verification, network/printer setup where applicable, and a basic operator training session for your team. Our team will coordinate a convenient installation slot within 5 working days of device delivery.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number once your order ships. For professional installations, your assigned account manager will share installation scheduling details directly. For shop.inbody.in orders you can also log in to your account to see live status.

6. Receiving Your Order

  • Inspect the outer packaging at the point of delivery. If you see visible damage, refuse the shipment or accept it only after recording the damage on the courier's POD.
  • Record an unboxing video for high-value devices — this is required to claim transit damage.
  • Verify the device serial number against the invoice and warranty card.
  • Report any discrepancy to inquiry_india@inbody.com within 48 hours.

7. International Shipping

InBody India ships within India only. For international orders please contact the InBody subsidiary or distributor for your country — the global directory is at inbody.com/global-network.
