These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InBody India Pvt. Ltd. ("InBody India," "we," "us," or "our") websites located at inbody.in and shop.inbody.in, our product enquiries, demo bookings, and any related services we offer (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About InBody India

InBody India Pvt. Ltd. is the official Indian subsidiary of InBody Co., Ltd. (South Korea). We sell, install, and support InBody body composition analyzers, body water analyzers, blood pressure monitors, stadiometers, and software for hospitals, gyms, corporate wellness programs, research institutes, and individual customers across India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from us. Business purchases must be made by an authorised representative of the buying entity.

3. Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display products, specifications, and pricing accurately. However, errors can occur — and product images are for illustration only. We reserve the right to correct any error in pricing or product information and to refuse or cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, even after order confirmation. All prices on inbody.in and shop.inbody.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted at our discretion. We may decline or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, or pricing error. Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless we have agreed in writing to alternative terms (e.g., enterprise purchase orders or EMI plans).

5. Shipping, Installation & Warranty

Shipping timelines, installation procedures, and warranty terms are described separately in our Shipping Policy and the warranty card provided with each device. Standard manufacturer warranty terms apply unless an extended warranty has been purchased.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy. Body composition analyzers, blood pressure monitors, and other medical devices are not eligible for return once unsealed except in the case of manufacturing defect or transit damage reported within the timelines stated in that policy.

7. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Resell InBody products outside the channels we authorise, or misrepresent yourself as an authorised reseller, partner, or service provider of InBody India or InBody Co., Ltd.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with InBody devices, firmware, or software.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services in a way that interferes with normal operation.
• Upload or transmit any content that infringes intellectual property, defames any person, or contains malware.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on inbody.in — including text, graphics, logos, product images, software, and the “InBody” trademark — is owned by InBody Co., Ltd. or InBody India and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Medical Disclaimer

InBody devices provide body composition data intended to support, not replace, professional medical judgement. Test results should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional in the context of the individual's overall health. InBody India does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations through this website.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InBody India is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services or any product purchased shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InBody India, its directors, employees and authorised agents from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
