Most Indians do not know their visceral fat number. They know their weight. They might know their BMI. They might know their body fat percentage. What visceral fat actually is

Your abdominal fat comes in two distinct types. Subcutaneous fat sits just under the skin, which is what you pinch on your stomach. It looks unflattering, but it is metabolically relatively quiet.
